GASTONIA, N.C. ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — A Gaston County gynecologist is being reprimanded by the state medical board for allegedly sharing a photo of a patient with patrons of a restaurant.
Dr. Sean Michael Lynch, M.D., has been licensed in North Carolina since May 2002. He practices obstetrics and gynecology with a specialization in minimally invasive repair of pelvic organ prolapse.
In a content order, the North Carolina Medical Board says it received two complaints against Lynch within three days of each other in December 2023.
