ROCK HILL, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Clover man is facing charges after attempted bank robbery.
On Nov. 27, Rock Hill police responded to the Wells Fargo on Celanese Road for a robbery around 1:04 p.m. Officers were advised a white male came into the bank and presented a note indicating a robbery was occurring.
