(PINPOINT WEATHER) — Deep tropical moisture continues to move in from the south tonight, giving many neighborhoods some welcome rain.
Rain could get heavy in some areas, especially south and east of Charlotte. Flooding is possible near the Midlands of South Carolina and into Georgia.
This is all ahead of a slow-moving cold front to our west. The weak front will finally move south of our area Thursday night into Friday, but still spawn more scattered showers through the day Thursday. Keep the umbrella handy!
Friday and Saturday are now looking drier overall behind the front. But it doesn’t appear to stay that way for long — rain chances return Saturday night into Veterans Day on Monday…
