Local postal workers rally for better contract

McALLEN, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — Postal workers in McAllen took part in a nationwide American Postal Workers Union Day of Action.

A rally was held in front of the U.S. Post Office on East Pecan Boulevard.

Union workers spent the day protesting for better wages, working conditions, staffing and customer service. This is due to mail service being slowed for millions of people.
