A Mission woman was arrested after police found eight abandoned cats in her former apartment covered in urine and feces, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Jessica Idalia Alaniz, 45, was charged with eight counts of cruelty to non-livestock animals after McAllen police found her cats in her apartment without food or water.
