HARLINGEN, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — The South Texas Literacy Coalition announced its annual La Catrina Ball.
This year’s event, themed “La Historias de la Vida,” will feature special guest and keynote speaker Bobby Pulido, who will share his support for literacy in the community.
