Sept. 21 was a day of celebration at the Alamo, honoring Hispanic Heritage Month. Entertainment included mariachis, reenactors and Folklorico dancers with colorful costumes.

The Alamo welcomed Alamo descendants and organizations to come and talk about their family history and culture.
