FOX LAKE, Ill. — Authorities in northwest suburban Fox Lake say charges have been filed against a juvenile accused of shooting a man during an armed robbery.
According to Fox Lake police, the incident unfolded just before 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5, in the 100 block of Devlin Road.
