Two Elgin residents are dead following a crash that occurred Sunday in Wayne, according to the Kane County Coroner’s Office.
Police say a vehicle driven by 45-year-old Felix Mendoza Urbieta was heading south on Dunham Road, south of Stearns Road, when it crossed the center line and collided with an oncoming vehicle.
Urbieta and his wife, 44-year-old Noemi Apolinar Huerta, who was also in the vehicle, were both pronounced dead at the scene…
