Carlisle rings in the New Year with its Hotchee Dog drop

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Although the clock has not yet struck midnight – one Midstate new years eve tradition — has already wrapped up.

It was the Downtown Carlisle Association’s – Hotchee Dog New Year’s Eve celebration and there was plenty for the entire family to enjoy at this event.

“We have some face painting going on,” Main Street Manager for the Downtown Carlisle Association Stacy Gould said. “We do have a hot dog eating contest on stage at 9:00. We have a band here until ten. We have a DJ on the street and we have some party favors.”
