CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — An inmate in Cumberland County Prison is accused of making death threats against a prosecutor with the Attorney General’s Office, saying he would skin her with a bowie knife, investigators say.
Kenneth Mutzabaugh Jr., 49, was charged Thursday after investigators say he made 13 threats about murdering the prosecutor in outgoing calls that were monitored from September to late December.
