Gov. Shapiro denied sale of canned cocktails after forgetting ID at Duncannon gas station

PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Governor Shapiro was jokingly denied the sale of alcohol at a Duncannon Rutter’s after forgetting his identification card while touting Act 86 going into effect.

The legislature allows for the purchasing of ready-to-drink-cocktails with liquor in them at gas stations, convenience stores, and grocers, whereas beforehand, only malt-based beverages were available at those locations.
