CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A crash involving a vehicle and a tractor-trailer temporarily shut down roads in Upper Allen Township, according to Upper Allen Fire Department.
Officials state that the crash temporarily shut down Rt. 15 North and South, as well as Lisburn Road.
