(WHTM) — State Police are looking for a missing Pennsylvania man.
According to a release, 77-year-old Leon Bowman was last seen on Dec. 23 at around 2 p.m. in Howard, Curtin Township, Centre County. Bowman is described as 6 ft, 110 lbs. with gray balding hair, brown eyes, and a beard. Police say this person may be at special risk of harm or injury or may be confused.
