A 33-year-old Indiana woman was arrested after she regained consciousness and drove away after possibly overdosing, Upper Allen Township police said.
Police were called to the first block of Andes Drive in Upper Allen Township at 4:24 a.m. Tuesday for the report of a possible overdose. While officers were responding, the person believed to have overdosed, Pamela Baumgartner, regained consciousness and left, police said.
