York County man crashes stolen vehicle after ‘shooting up’ drugs while driving, police say

HEIDELBERG TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A York County man was “shooting up” drugs while driving a stolen vehicle and then crashed, according to court documents.

Northern York County Regional police said Christopher Griffith, 39, of Hanover, hit another vehicle at Moulstown and Trolley roads in Heidelberg Township on Saturday.

Griffith was taken into custody after running away from the scene, according to police. The arresting officer said his behavior was “indicative of impairment from a mind-altering substance.”…
