RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Richmond parent said she’s considering removing her son from his school after she claims bus overcrowding issues have gotten out of hand.
Tora Hargrove said her son, Krishawn, has dealt with constant problems — such as kids sitting three, and even five, to a seat at a time on the bus to and from Southampton Elementary School. She also said there’s also been bullying and fighting on the bus rides.
