Richmond’s new City Council signed off on Mayor Danny Avula’s Jan. 5 emergency winter storm declaration and his interim chief administrative officer.
The nine-member council met virtually Wednesday and swiftly, unanimously approved three resolutions. Most city and state buildings are closed amid the ongoing water outage and boil advisory.
