BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The City of Cocoa recently received the prestigious Florida Redevelopment Association award for Outstanding Housing in the Small City category.

This accolade celebrates Cocoa’s successful Affordable Housing Public-Private Partnership, a collaboration between the city, Diamond Square Community Redevelopment Agency, Community Housing Initiative Inc., and Smith Development and Construction. Together, these partners built five affordable single-family homes, addressing a critical need for quality housing for low-to-moderate-income families.
