HARTFORD, Conn. — A Waterbury man arrested in the fatal shooting of a mother and infant in Hartford has been extradited back to Connecticut from Puerto Rico, police said Saturday.
Lance “Macho” Morales, 23, of Waterbury, is expected to be arraigned in Connecticut on Monday, police said. He is facing charges of criminal possession of a firearm, assault in the first degree, criminal attempt to commit assault in the first degree, two counts of murder and murder with special circumstances.
