Cocoa Beach, FL — The Cocoa Beach Police Department has made two arrests in connection to an underage house party that took place on January 19, 2025. Officers responded to a residence where they found over 100 juveniles in attendance, many of whom were consuming alcohol that had been provided in coolers at the location. The homeowner, identified as Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan, the principal of Roosevelt Elementary School, was present during the party.
Upon arrival, police observed a juvenile on the front lawn suffering from an alcohol-related medical emergency. The juvenile’s condition was so severe that Brevard County Fire Rescue (BCFR) had to respond to provide treatment. During this time, Hill-Brodigan was seen in the driveway turning off the exterior lights of the house before retreating inside, prompting BCFR to use their vehicle’s auxiliary lighting to assist in the emergency response.
