This new shopping center is coming to life just south of Nocatee Parkway, and it’s shaping up to be a big deal:

  • Size: The development spans nearly 800,000 square feet and includes a 48,387-square-foot Publix grocery store along with a 2,100-square-foot Publix Liquors.
  • Cost: The whole project comes with a price tag of $14 million.
  • Site Prep: The city of Jacksonville approved a $750,000 site-clearing permit in June 2024, paving the way for construction.
