HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A man in his 20s is in stable condition after being shot on Wednesday in Hartford, according to police.
The incident happened at around 7 p.m. in the area of 888 Garden St. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he is facing non-life threatening injuries.
