The Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a two alarm fire in the Penrose community north of the City of Wilmington Tuesday morning, December 10, 2024.
Brandywine Hundred fire officials arrived around 5:20 a.m., with flames visible from a two story house in the area of 39th and Market streets.
