$262.5 million dollars awarded to man injured in drunk driving crash

ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) – An Odessa jury awarded Isaac Sanchez, 35, $262.5 million dollars as part of a lawsuit after Sanchez was paralyzed in a drunk driving car crash in June of 2021.

Sanchez was hit from behind by a drunk driver while stopped at the intersection of Yukon and Andrews Highway in Odessa. Sanchez is a quadriplegic, paralyzed in all four limbs from the crash.

Sanchez filed a lawsuit against Linx Food and Beverage, LLC dba Linx Bar & Grill for overserving the driver alcohol on the day of the crash…
