MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – This week’s Basin Bites feature is La Patrona Taqueria, a food truck with all the flavor to make this a go-to destination.
La Patrona is a family-run business with Cindy Beltran, her husband, and her mom, who the truck was named after. Cindy named the food truck after her mom to honor her and her cooking.
“We decided to honor her with naming it La Patrona Taqueria,” said Beltran. “When she was small she always told me that she always yearned to have her own business. To leave something for her kids and just share it with other people.”
