NEW HAVEN — Residents upset about the treatment of 32 dogs left at the Cheshire Animal Control shelter for two years while the town was in court with their owner will hold a second rally demanding accountability from the town at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Then some of them will once again take their concerns into Town Hall and address the Town Council on the issue, an organizer said.
