NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — People in New Haven’s Fair Haven neighborhood have a new way to save money on prescription drugs.
City leaders held a ribbon cutting Tuesday for Grand Pharmacy, run by the Fair Haven Community Health Center .
$100K grant for New Haven organization aims to help at-risk youth
The goal is to provide high-quality health care and medication to those uninsured or underinsured. If the prescription is written by community health center staff, the savings through a federal program can be significant.
