A 30-year-old man died as a result of a wrong-way crash early Sunday morning on Route 8 in Waterbury.
Troopers from Troop A responded to a head-on collision on Route 8 North near Exit 30A around 3:11 a.m., according to the Connecticut State Police .
State police said a preliminary investigation revealed that 30-year-old Aron Vann of Waterbury was driving a Nissan Altima southbound in the northbound left lane on Route 8 when his Nissan collided head-on with a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by a 36-year-old man from Allentown, Pennsylvania…
