A former Rehoboth Beach City Commissioner was arrested on Election Day Eve on charges of stealing several campaign signs.
Rehoboth Beach Police said they found 78-year-old Richard Byrne in possession of several campaign signs, and charged him with two counts of theft and criminal mischief.
