LEWES — This year’s annual Lewes Christmas parade is closing registrations after the first 100 registrants are accepted before Friday, Nov. 22, due to concerns from police, the town announced.
According to the chamber of commerce, accepted registrants will be notified the week before the event by mail.
The Greater Lewes Foundation has been selected as this year’s honorary Grand Marshal, “in recognition of their numerous projects that have maintained and enhanced the quality of life in the Greater Lewes Region for 25 years,” the chamber announced…
