MILFORD — The Delaware Department of Transportation announces there will be a traffic pattern shift on SR 1 between Frederica and Milford beginning on the evening of September 3 (weather permitting) for Phase 1 of a crossroad pipe replacement project.
All traffic from northbound lanes will be shifted the southbound lanes. Two lanes in each direction will be maintained on the southbound roadway.
