Andover neighborhood creates magnificent ice carousel

ANDOVER, Minn. (FOX 9) On Saturday in Andover, Dan Anderson brought his neighborhood together, by building an ice carousel on the lake ice behind his home.

“It’s just a blast putting together an event like this. People come out, we serve hot chocolate and cookies,” Anderson said. “It’s become a tradition now, like, ‘oh Dan, when are you going to have the ice carousel?’”
