ANDOVER, Minn. (FOX 9) – On Saturday in Andover, Dan Anderson brought his neighborhood together, by building an ice carousel on the lake ice behind his home.
“It’s just a blast putting together an event like this. People come out, we serve hot chocolate and cookies,” Anderson said. “It’s become a tradition now, like, ‘oh Dan, when are you going to have the ice carousel?’”
