A man has been found guilty in the fatal 2020 stabbing of David Eugene Rahn at a state-run group home in West St. Paul.
John C. Adams II, 43, was convicted of intentional 2nd-degree murder in Dakota County court on Wednesday in the death of Rahn, 68, who was found inside his room suffering from multiple stab wounds to his neck and back.
