When Micah Shrewsberry took the Notre Dame job he made it clear he wanted to build with high school talent and upgrade the level of recruiting in South Bend. Wednesday night he and the Irish scored their highest ranked commit in the internet rankings era when Jalen Haralson announced live on 247Sports that he would play at Notre Dame.
