SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – The Youth Service Bureau of St. Joseph County hosted a long-awaited grand opening for its new facility, the “Center for Youth Success.”
This is a cutting-edge resource space for homeless and at-risk youth. The 22,000-square-foot facility is partially funded by the City of South Bend, the City of Mishawaka, St. Joseph County and donations.
