Halloween decorations are going up all across Texas. Homeowners are creating gigantic spiderwebs from their roof to the ground, ghosts are being hung from trees, 14′ tall skeletons are standing at attention and inflatables of all kinds are helping to create a spooky feeling along with some special lighting.
