Grand jury declines to indict men accused of Prichard club fatal shooting

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A grand jury has decided not to indict two men accused in a shooting that occurred over Thanksgiving weekend at a Prichard house that doubles as a nightclub.

Court records show that the Mobile County grand jury made the decision last month. That means murder and first-degree assault charges against Bryson Earl Davis, 28, of Prichard, now have been dropped.
