2024 was a challenging year for Walgreens and 2025 is off to a rough start apparently as there are reports that 5 more Walgreen stores in Illinois will suddenly be closing their doors forever in less than a month.
I saw this report just shared by Patch. It’s more bad news for Walgreens and specifically 5 locations in Illinois. The following Illinois Walgreen stores will reportedly be closing on February 17, 2025. All 5 are in the Chicagoland area:
