GENESEO, Ill. (KWQC) – Hundreds of people gathered at Geneseo City Park Saturday morning to walk the trail of Scarecrow Row.
About 70 organizations and businesses participated in decorating a scarecrow along the trail and handed out candy to trick-or-treaters.
