DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – Fulton golf standout Owen Van Zuiden is the TV6 Spotlight Athlete of the Week. The sophomore finished tied for 5th with his teammate Jacob Voss at State, helping the Steamers finish runner-up.
