BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Two Kansas City dogs were euthanized earlier this month after getting a serious disease, raising concerns about the risk in Louisiana.
“Obviously, I want to protect my dog and I would never want anything to happen to her,” dog owner Taylor Landry said.
