How to recognize signs and combat human trafficking

MONROE, La. (KNOE) – January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month, and one local organization is working to educate people on how to recognize the signs and combat the nationwide issue.

According to the Governor’s Office of Human Trafficking Prevention report, over 1,700 victims received services in 2023.
