SANTA CRUZ, Calif. — Santa Cruz police believe that three people in custody are responsible for a string of commercial robberies that occurred in late September.
On Sept. 28, police responded to a vehicle theft near 300 Riverside Avenue. Michelle Grieb, 38, and Gerardo Menchaca, 38, were identified as suspects through surveillance video.
