MONTGOMERY, Ala. — The Alabama Department of Mental Health (ADMH) has unveiled a new initiative aimed at raising awareness and fostering dialogue about mental health. The centerpiece of this campaign is the release of a distinctive license plate featuring a vibrant background and a tri-colored heart emblazoned with the message, “Mental Health Matters.”
This new plate serves as both a visual reminder and a call to action, encouraging Alabamians to prioritize mental health in their lives and communities. According to ADMH, proceeds from the plate will support the promotion of mental health resources at the state, regional, and local levels.
