MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A new year and a new outlook for Alabama’s capital city. Montgomery Mayor Steven Reed is looking ahead to goals for 2025.
Reed says the city experienced some big wins in 2024 when it came to economic development, like the announcement of the Meta Data Center and increased small business support.
“We set up the small business one stop shop,” said Reed. “We saw some of our homegrown businesses expand here in Montgomery. That’s a testament to this community, to the city, to the leadership of all those involved, but also the employees that are already here.”…
