Montgomery votes down law that would have limited hours for businesses that sell alcohol

After a mayoral veto, the Montgomery City Council voted down an ordinance Tuesday that would have restricted the hours of businesses that sell alcohol.

The councilors unanimously voted against the ordinance after an at times confusing flurry of action.
