HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Good Monday morning. Skies are partly to mostly cloudy this morning with chilly temperatures in the low to middle 30s.
Some area roads can still have some slick spots, please travel with caution and allow some extra time out the door. We should see more cloud cover than sunshine for the early to mid-morning hours with temperatures slowly warming into the lower to middle 40s. The northwest breeze between 5 to 10 miles per hour will make things feel a bit colder through much of the day.
Skies remain clear overnight with lows falling into the upper teens to lower 20s by daybreak Tuesday. A widespread and heavy frost is expected overnight with some freezing fog possible over parts of Northeast Alabama.
