The quiet and dry weather pattern will continue this week across Central Alabama as high pressure sits over the Eastern U.S. Tonight will be clear and chilly with lows in the upper 40s to lower 50s. Sweaters and jackets are still recommended tomorrow morning. The Orionid Meteor Shower peaks tonight, but it will not be a good viewing with the bright Moon.
The area of high pressure will remain in place on Tuesday with more sunshine and warm high temperatures climbing into the lower 80s. Southeast winds will be in place on Wednesday with sunshine and highs in the lower 80s.
