PIKE ROAD — Pike Road swept through the 6A Area 3 tournament on Thursday, defeating Russell County 3-0 and Rehobeth 3-0 to win the area tournament.
Pike Road advanced to the finals with a sweep of Russell County, while Rehobeth advanced with a sweep of Park Crossing. Pike Road then defeated Rehobeth 25-15, 25-22 and 25-18.
